How to Cook
Drop them into boiling salted water for three or four minutes and peel at the table, or halve them down the back and grill with garlic butter until the shells turn bright orange. Add to paella in the last few minutes so they stay tender.
Storage
Hold at -18C or colder. Thaw in the refrigerator, never refreeze after thawing, and reseal the bag once opened.
